Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item is incomplete or missing parts.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange the replacement process.
  • The replacement product will be shipped after verification.
  • Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in cases where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after return approval.
  • A replacement cannot be arranged.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To speed up the process, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is made by Nutra, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
